- No cash value is given if the hotel credit is not redeemed in full.
- No prepayment is required on confirmation of the booking.
- Free cancellation when cancelled 72 hours prior arrival before 15:00 hotel time. Late cancellation penalty is 1 night and full stay in case of a no show or an early departure.
