Join us every Monday from 7:00pm for an intimate Aperitivo Hour at Bastion Pool, Bar & Restaurant, where expertly crafted cocktails meet hands-on discovery. Guided by our talented bartenders, you'll create and enjoy three bespoke cocktails - from a refreshing spritz to a perfectly balanced sour and a classic stirred favourite - each tailored to your personal taste. Accompanied by a selection of seasonal canapés and set against the backdrop of Valletta's historic bastions, this immersive experience offers a relaxed yet refined way to savour the art of cocktail making.

Lasting approximately 60 to 90 minutes, depending on group size, the experience is designed for small groups to ensure a personalised and engaging atmosphere. A minimum of two guests is required for the experience to proceed.
