We are delighted to welcome Frédéric Mairesse, Chairman & CEO of Champagne Barons de Rothschild, who will personally guide guests through a distinguished selection of the House’s champagnes, each thoughtfully paired with a bespoke five-course menu created for the occasion.
An evening of fine gastronomy, exceptional champagne and intimate insight into one of Champagne’s most prestigious houses, set within the elegant surroundings of The Phoenicia Malta.
