Mastrojanni Montalcino Wine Dinner
Join us at Contessa on Friday 20th November at 7.30pm for an exclusive wine dinner celebrating the first Maltese visit of Mastrojanni, the renowned estate nestled in Castelnuovo dell’Abate, Montalcino, where the same land has been cultivated since 1975.
Guided by Guido Dispenza, joining us from the estate, the evening will explore a selection of five wines, from the freshness of Trebbiano Toscana to the elegance and depth of Brunello di Montalcino, including the distinguished single-vineyard Vigna Loreto, before concluding with the exquisite Moscadello ‘Botrys’ late-harvest wine.
Each wine will be paired with a thoughtfully crafted menu, with every course designed to complement and reveal the character of the wines, creating an experience that celebrates the art of food and wine pairing.
